Choose a position to the top right of the dashboard.
Install the square part of bracket to the chosen position, and tighten the screw.
Fix the monitor to the bracket.

Unscrew the bracket until it can be adjusted both horizontally and aside to set its angle
Tighten the screw after adjusting the bracket to the right angle.
